with difficulty! lol when u write ure post next to like the photo adding button etc there shuld be a video one too just click that.. although having said that these icons don't come up on my computer for some reason so i had to do it in uni? and davey yeah... didn't really understand that but what ever u think will work is a ok with moi lol xx
